Bookings
BASIC PACKAGE:
In general, One Night Events are booked Sundays through Wednesdays. Weekend Main Stage Events are typically rented in three or four show blocks. ***Down payment and security deposit are required to hold a spot. The remaining balance is due one week prior to performance.
All performance slots include front of house staff, online ticket sales, box office ticket attendance, and a standard light grid and audio backline (please call for more details).
You must provide your own Liability Insurance with coverage up to $1,000,000.00. If needed, we can provide a referral.
THEATRE SPECS:
Seating: 161 fixed seats (seating plot may be sent upon request)
Stage Dimensions: 42’W x 18’D x 13’ to the grid
Lighting: Itemized inventory may be sent separately upon request
Audio: Itemized inventory may be sent separately upon request
Poster Display Dimensions: A Frame - 21"X27", Display Windows - 13"X19"
